Unexplained performance dips
A previously high-performer is struggling with concentration, memory lapses, or fatigue.
You have spent years developing your leadership team, and they hold critical institutional knowledge. But suddenly, valuable members of that team are stepping back.
Senior women are already a scarce resource across many sectors. Losing them at the peak of their careers, typically between the ages of 45 and 55, is a strategic risk you cannot afford. Yet, without the right support, it happens.
Menopause is a natural stage that millions experience, however, the impact on their professional lives is often underestimated. Recent surveys reveal a stark reality, 1 in 10 women have quit their job because of menopause symptoms. Many more report that symptoms have a negative effect on their work performance.
The problem isn’t their capability, it is a lack of support during a critical life transition. Investing in support systems is essential for both individuals and organisations.
At The Thrive Team, we empower women to navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of menopause in the workplace. Our packages are specifically designed to support individuals during this transformative phase, ensuring they do not just survive, but thrive. We provide a safe space to develop strategies that allow them to remain effective, engaged, and ambitious.
Our experienced coaches understand the unique challenges faced by those navigating menopause. We provide personalised guidance across four key areas:
We create a safe and supportive environment where you can openly discuss your experiences. Our coaches help you regain confidence and empower you to take control of your professional journey.
One size does not fit all. Our coaching is customised to address specific needs, working with you to develop practical techniques for managing symptoms, improving focus, boosting energy levels, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
In professional environments, this conversation can be difficult. We help you communicate your needs effectively to your employer and colleagues, equipping you with the tools to initiate conversations and foster a supportive environment.
Menopause can be an emotionally challenging time. Our coaches provide empathy and understanding, helping you navigate the emotional rollercoaster while offering guidance on self-care and stress management.
You are working hard to build a diverse team. Retaining senior talent is critical to sustaining that progress. We help you support and retain the leaders who inspire your next generation.
Retaining talent is the most effective way to close the gender pay gap. By offering support during this critical transition, you reduce the number of experienced professionals leaving employment due to menopause-related challenges.
Our packages are tailored to individual needs. This is a comprehensive intervention designed to equip individuals with the tools to overcome challenges and flourish.

We offer workshops for teams and mangers on how to support menopause in the workplace.
We work with a wide range of issues, including mental toughness and burnout.
We help recently promoted leaders, or those stepping up, to manage this transition.
Is menopause really a workplace issue?
Yes. The physical and psychological symptoms, such as brain fog, anxiety, and fatigue, directly impact workplace dynamics, team morale, and productivity. Ignoring it costs businesses talent.
What if I don’t want to tell my employer?
Our coaching is confidential. We provide a space to discuss your challenges without judgment. However, a key part of our Workplace Advocacy module is helping you find the right language to speak to your employer if you choose to.
Is this just about physical symptoms?
No. While we address physical challenges like hot flushes and fatigue, a huge part of our work is psychological. We focus on the loss of confidence, increased anxiety, and mood swings that often impact senior leaders the most.
Why 8 sessions?
Menopause coaching is not a quick fix. It is a journey. Eight sessions allow us to move from crisis management (dealing with immediate symptoms) to long-term strategy (rebuilding confidence and planning the next career phase).
Let’s talk about thriving through this significant life change.
