Supporting Our Community

Investing in the people and places where we live and work

At The Thrive Team, our mission is to build human capability, and that commitment extends beyond the organisations we serve. We believe that a thriving professional sector should be rooted in a supportive and resilient community.

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) work and local partnerships are a vital part of who we are. We are proud to support several organisations that provide essential care, guidance, and opportunity to our local area.

Investing in the people and places where we live and work

Sage House 82U

Sage House (Dementia Support)

We are proud supporters of Sage House, a unique hub that provides a wide range of support, information, and advice for those living with dementia and their families. To help extend their reach, we sponsor the Sage House outreach vehicle, ensuring their vital services can get to the people who need them most across the region.

PASCO 83U

PACSO (Parent and Carers Support Organisation)

Ali serves as a Trustee for PACSO, a charity that provides play and social opportunities for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities. They offer essential support to families, helping to reduce isolation and create a community where every child can thrive.

West Sussex, Brighton and Hove Careers Hub 84U

West Sussex, Brighton and Hove Careers Hub

As an Enterprise Advisor for the West Sussex, Brighton and Hove Careers Hub, Ali works directly with local schools to bridge the gap between education and the world of work. By supporting school leaders with strategic careers planning, we help prepare the next generation of talent for their future professional journeys.

The Selsey Shantymen 85U

The Selsey Shantymen

Martin is a member of The Selsey Shantymen, a local group dedicated to keeping maritime traditions alive while raising significant funds for community causes. Through their performances, they support essential local services, including the Sussex Food Bank and the RNLI.

RNLI 86U

Selsey RNLI

Martin also serves as a volunteer Launch Authority with the Selsey RNLI station. The Royal National Lifeboat Institution is the charity that saves lives at sea, providing a 24-hour search and rescue service, and we are proud to support their mission through both personal volunteering and fundraising.

Building a legacy of support

We believe that leadership is about more than just professional delivery, it is about taking responsibility for the health and wellbeing of the wider community. Whether we are supporting local charities, mentoring young people, or volunteering for life-saving services, we apply the same principles of commitment and resilience that we bring to our specialist coaching and training.
