We’ve asked Steph a few questions to find out a little more about her.

What is your career highlight?

I will never forget dressing up as a dinosaur and touring the South Coast of England to raise money for Comic Relief. I was accompanying a giant fiberglass T-Rex called Darren on a flatbed lorry.

When you are not “thriving” you are…

Planning an adventure or having one! I love nothing more than spending quality time exploring the world, near and far, with son and husband. There’s nothing better than seeing the world through the eyes of a child.

My favourite band is…

That’s a tough one. When I was younger I adored the Backstreet Boys but as I have got older my tastes have really changed…some would say for the better! I’m currently listening to Foals, Nothing but Thieves and Royal Blood.

What book would you recommend?

This book was recommended to be by a member of The Thrive Team and I have really enjoyed reading it. What do you think: How to agree to disagree and still be friends by Matthew Syed is brilliant. It’s written for young people but it’s got some great lessons and advice for everyone. Thanks for the recommendation Sarah!

I thrive when…

I lose myself being silly and having fun with my family. If it involves castles, Christmas or travel then even better!”
