What is your career highlight?

My Savvy Conversations book launch in January 2020 was a real highlight and time of celebration. It was the culmination of many years work and I was blown away by the 80+ clients, peers, friends and family, who came along on the night to support me.

When you are not “thriving” you are…

Pottering about in my garden, growing fruits and vegetables, tending to plants, or enjoying an alfresco glass of wine.

My favourite band is…

There are so many to choose from but being close to the stage for The Who, supported by Kaiser Chiefs in 2019 at Wembley Stadium is a standout. Pinball Wizard live with a full orchestra was very special indeed.

What book would you recommend?

The Impact Code by Nigel Risner (motivational speaker)

I thrive when…

I get the opportunity to visit new places and try local cuisines. I especially love to find a picturesque spot to sit and watch the world go by.
