What is your career highlight?

Being invited to speak to the Partners at John Lewis Partnership on ways to improve sleep and destigmatise and improve parental rage off the back of sleep deprivation following the publication of her report, ‘Breaking the Silence: Revealing the Truth about Parenting and the Workplace’

When you are not “thriving” you are…

Living life with my 2 girls and changing the future for them by changing the way parents are educated and supported.

My favourite band is…

I don’t have a favourite band as such, but I love musicals. My favourite musical of all time is Les Misérables, and I can’t wait to share this with my girls when they are older.

What book would you recommend?

Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker

I thrive when…

I get to watch my children laugh and play together. To see what I created blossom into incredible children fills my heart. I love to get involved in their crazy moments as I find laughing and dancing together makes the world drift away and I can live in the moment with them.
