Neurodiversity Awareness Training

Neurodiversity Awareness Training

Neurodiversity is all around us—whether we realise it or not. It refers to the different ways people think, learn, and experience the world, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences.

This training is for everyone who wants to understand more about neurodiversity. Understanding neurodiversity isn’t just about inclusion—it’s about building stronger, more supportive teams where everyone can do their best work and thrive!

What will I learn?

Participants will gain:

  • a deeper understanding of ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia,
  • an understanding of the strengths and challenges associated with these neurodiversities.
  • an awareness of how these manifest in the workplace.
  • strategies to support peers and colleagues with ADHD, autism and dyslexia
