Neurodiversity is all around us—whether we realise it or not. It refers to the different ways people think, learn, and experience the world, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences.
This training is for everyone who wants to understand more about neurodiversity. Understanding neurodiversity isn’t just about inclusion—it’s about building stronger, more supportive teams where everyone can do their best work and thrive!
What will I learn?
Participants will gain:
- a deeper understanding of ADHD, Autism, and Dyslexia,
- an understanding of the strengths and challenges associated with these neurodiversities.
- an awareness of how these manifest in the workplace.
- strategies to support peers and colleagues with ADHD, autism and dyslexia
Session Outline
This 2 hour course can be delivered face to face or online and is delivered through a mix of presentation, large and small group discussion. (Content can be adapted based on the specific needs of the organisation and link to internal policies and resources if required).
Participants will receive follow up slides and a downloadable factsheet outlining key strategies.
