Mental Health First Aiders thrive when they feel connected, supported and seen.
Implementing and Embedding MHFAiders effectively requires planning, leadership commitment, and ongoing support. When done well, it transforms workplace culture, leading to happier, healthier employees and a stronger business.
The Thrive Team deliver CPD/Peer Support sessions, run by our experienced MHFA Instructors to promote collaboration and support and learning and growth. Sessions can be tailored to your MHFA network needs:
- Session lengths can vary from as little as 60 mins up to a full day
- Sessions can be run at any frequency to suit your needs e.g monthly, quarterly. (Organisations might want to make it a requirement of being a mental health first aider that an individual attends a set number of CPD/Peer support sessions each year).
- Sessions can be delivered online or face to face.
- For online delivery there is the option for Knowledge/Skill update section of the sessions to be recorded so that a library of resources for MHFAiders can be accessed even when some individuals can’t attend the session. No part of the session is recorded where confidentiality would be a concern e.g. check ins and group discussion.
