Menopause At Work – An Introduction for Managers, Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions

Our Menopause at Work Workshop provides managers, Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions with the information they will need to better support those experiencing menopause. This practical, engaging workshop covers the essential information managers and those in supporting wellbeing roles need to feel confident to initiate and have a conversation about menopause at work.

The half day course can be delivered face to face or online via Zoom.

What will I learn?

  • A general awareness of menopause including stages of menopause, common symptoms and treatments
  • Menopause myths and facts
  • The legal framework supporting menopause at work
  • How to create a menopause friendly workplace
  • How to have supportive conversations about menopause

Delegates will receive a workbook full of resources that they can use during the workshop and refer to after the training.

Our courses can be tailored specifically to your organisation’s policies and support options (EAP etc) and can incorporate any specific messages you’d like to convey.
